Enable your users to scan their receipts into Enterpryze Expense!

Enable Expense Scanning

For Admin users only

Follow these steps to get setup and started.

  1. Click on Settings > Module Settings > Expense Scanning
  2. Now tick Enabled
  3. The Allowance will show you how many receipts you have left to scan for the month.

Now users can scan their receipts on the Mobile App

For all users on the Enterpryze Expense mobile app

  • When adding a receipt on the mobile app simply select to add an attachment, then choose Camera(Data Scan)
  • Scan your receipt and watch the data being populated on screen such as the date and details.

  • Ensure all details are correct and submit your Expense for approval.
