Accounting: Daybooks Colm O'Brien
PDF version in Dashboard
The Daybook reports are simply a listing of all your Invoices and Credit Notes, the date range defaults to today’s day but this can be changed. If you would like to see what you have invoiced today or for the last week/Month for example, simply enter in the date ranges and run the report. There is one available for Sales and Purchase.
These reports can be accessed from the Dashboard in Finances or through the Financial Reports menu, see below. Both reports can be exported to PDF so you can store/email as required for your records.
Enter the Date from and Date To then click on Filter to generate the report.
As with all Financial reports the totals shown are in your local Currency for your organisation.
The Sales Daybook report lists your Sales Invoices and Sales Credit Notes for today’s date or the date range you enter. See what will affect your Turnover for today/this week/this month.
